Final Final!!!!

(Background: Title: Network Storage music playing)

Ian: What is network storage?
Narrator: Well, the network is the system that the school system’s computers work on. (Showing a picture of Renfroe on a laptop.) Storage, you store something in storage, meaning you save something. On our sever every user has 125MB of storage. Meaning we have limited space so if you don’t want you documents to get lost delete document you don’t need anymore Get the picture? I hope so.
(A report on the computer screen)
Narrator: Now how do you save important documents for Language Arts, Social Studies, Science, maybe even Math. This is what I was told to show and tell you.
(a still of the computer saving)
Narrator: This screen will pop up:

(Saving screen)

The things you would want to save in are you documents folder or desktop, but if your teacher wants you to save in a different folder do that.

Narrator: In order to save you click File then save or save as.
Or (showing a still of two keys apple and s) you can click apple +s at the same time.
Now in order to open up a document you click on your documents folder in the dock(showing a mouse going over the dock to the documents folder.) Once you click on the folder and it opens up then you find your document and click on it. I hope we’ve helped you understand how to save and retrieve documents on the network. Thanks for watching.
